Update on Current Project

The fall months have heralded the oncoming of colder weather and new projects within the Michaelis Homes community. One such project we have entitled The Billie, a modern Scandinavian inspired home build, is in its final stages of the building process hitting the market at the end of 2022. Check out these design inspiration photos below!

Design Choices

This project comes with some dedicated design choices that has allowed our creativity to flourish. As always, we value clean lines and functional design as this full home remodel comes to fruition. The depth and breadth of this custom build was born out of necessity from the degraded state of the house when we bought the property. It took one look from Ashley and Sean to decide to build it new. 

We took the existing basement footprint and reorganized that area. From the ground up the main floors have been completely redesigned and rebuilt. High ceilings, lots of windows, intentional custom details, and a roof-top deck will stand out as highlights to this custom home build. We bought a house that had seen better days and have created a home - something we consistently strive to do throughout our scope of work.

When to Expect

Designed and built by Michaelis Homes, The Billie is being built in the Salt Lake area and will be complete later this year, move in ready, and for sale in December/January. This reflects the hard work that goes into our custom projects. Contact us at info@michaelishomes.com.
