About Us

Michaelis Build & Development is a family-owned Utah contracting company founded by Sean and Ashley Michaelis in 2016. We specialize in custom homes and large-scale remodels throughout Salt Lake City, Park City, and the surrounding areas.

Our team brings together years of experience in construction, real estate, and design, along with a trusted network of skilled trades. We intentionally limit the number of projects we take on so we can stay closely involved from early planning through completion.

Custom construction is never completely predictable. Every project brings unique challenges, and we believe what matters is how your builder handles them. We approach each one with transparency, thoughtful problem-solving, and close collaboration between our clients, architects, designers, team, and trades.

The goal is more than a beautiful home. It’s a well-built home and a building experience you feel good about.
