End of August…Start of Something Great

…so what’s on our plate?

As we come down from an award winning 2022 Salt Lake Parade of Home season we look at what is before us as a company. Among a handful of current projects, one that stands out we’ve named the “Billie” after one of our co-founder’s remarkable grandmothers. We bought this property with unique home design in mind. This custom home build will be a complete transformation from top to bottom.

Extensive Remodel

An appropriate question for this home build is what haven’t we done? This week has seen new framing of exterior walls, the roof raised five feet, new plumbing for a guest suite, a massive glulam beam to support the roof over the kitchen. This list keeps going. We’ve moved the entrance from its original split level design to the main living floor. The front (and inside) of this house will be night and day different.

Checking all the Boxes

Observation deck on the roof? Check. Eye catching windows? Check. Modern entry staircase? Check. When we build a home we leave no brink unturned. I am so excited to get this project finished.
