Upcoming Salt Lake Parade of Homes

Many of you know we have entered the Salt Lake Parade of Homes for the first time this year. 2022 has been a huge season of growth and excitement. The Michaelises have put their heart into building a company that strives for excellence all around. Our entry for the Parade is no different and we are thrilled to show it off. We are the first entry in the remodel category, so we encourage you to tour our home with the dream of doing this to your own home (queue shameless plug). Truly, we want our home to feel accessible as you tour and take in every detail.

About the Home

As builders in the Salt Lake Valley, we strive to highlight the natural beauty of our state by capturing Modern Utah Style throughout our homes. We’ve included lots of natural elements like wood and stone along with tones and colors found in Utah, but with a fun, modern twist. We wanted to highlight the home’s beautiful view and landscape by bringing the outside in. As a family home, we also wanted the house to feel livable, interesting, minimalist, and casual. We made this home with functional, high-quality elements. Because this is a remodel, we kept the mid-century modern architectural lines as the backbone of this home, but with an extra dose of earthiness, a little mountain flare, pops of color, modern tile, and natural stone that really make it unique.

Some highlights:

  • Panoramic city and canyon views

  • Multiple levels of indoor and outdoor living spaces

  • Custom cabinetry, natural stone, and luxury finishes throughout

  • Expansive steel multi-slide door to large entertainment deck.

  • Oversized modern front door welcoming you to the mid-century floor plan.
